Grateful Goodbye provides planned, compassionate in-home euthanasia for pets in the Greater Moncton area. Their mission is to give families a peaceful, private goodbye with their pet in the comfort of home, guided by care and respect at a very difficult time.
What We Built
We created a gentle, calm WordPress website that reflects the sensitive nature of their service. Soft design, warm language and simple navigation help grieving families find information without feeling overwhelmed.
The site explains what to expect before, during and after a visit, answers common questions, and makes it easy to get in touch to plan an appointment. It also clearly notes that the service is not for emergencies and directs visitors to emergency care when needed. The site is fully mobile-friendly, since many families look for this kind of help on their phones. Families can reach out at their own pace, knowing they will be met with kindness and understanding.
