Golden Terraces Seniors Housing

Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co-operative Ltd. is proud to be the only seniors co-op in New Brunswick. Located at 43 High Street in downtown Moncton, our non-profit co-operative community offers secure, affordable living for adults aged 50 and older who value independence and shared community values.

Founded in May 1991, and officially opened in January 1993, Golden Terraces features 39 well-maintained units across four floors. Each floor offers a comfortable lounge area, and the building includes laundry facilities on every level, an elevator, air conditioning, and an air exchanger. Residents also enjoy basement storage, basic cable, free parking, and the convenience of being close to all city amenities.

To enhance comfort and safety, the building remains secure year-round. A dedicated Maintenance Technician is on-site three days a week, and weekly janitorial services keep all common areas clean and welcoming. Additionally, the co-op takes care of snow removal and landscaping, allowing residents to enjoy a worry-free lifestyle.

Golden Terraces fosters a warm and inclusive environment. Through regular social functions, residents stay engaged, active, and connected. We believe that community matters—especially as we age.

Please note: Golden Terraces is a no smoking, no pet residence.
