About the Client
Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co-operative Ltd. is the only seniors co-op in New Brunswick. Located at 43 High Street in downtown Moncton, this non-profit community offers secure, affordable living for adults aged 50 and older who value independence and shared community values.
What We Built
We designed a warm, welcoming WordPress website that tells the Golden Terraces story and explains how co-operative living works for seniors. Prospective members and their families can learn about the building, the community and the benefits of co-op membership in one place.
The site is mobile-friendly and simple to navigate, with clear headings and plain language so visitors of all ages can find what they need. Easy-to-find contact details make it simple to ask questions about membership and availability. Families helping a parent or loved one explore housing options can find clear answers about the co-op in one place, and current members can easily find information about their community.
