Golden Terraces Seniors Housing
Golden Terraces Seniors Housing Co-operative Ltd. is the only Seniors Co-op in the province and is located at 43 High St in Moncton.
Golden Terraces was formed in May 1991 and officially opened in January 1993.
We have 39 Units on four floors. It is a secure building, offers free parking, laundry on each floor, elevator, air conditioning, air exchanger, storage in the basement, basic cable and a lounge area on each level. It is close to all amenities, has social functions, snow removal, and landscaping.
Golden Terraces boasts an on staff Maintenance Technician (three days a week)and once a week janitorial services for the Common areas.
To live at Golden Terraces you must be at least 50 years of age. It is a No Smoking and No Pet building.
