Cornerstone Co-operative Housing Ltd. welcomes families who value connection, support, and community living. We’re looking for a few great families who enjoy being part of a close-knit neighbourhood—where neighbours help neighbours and no one feels like a stranger.

Our co-op began in 1981–1982 with a vision to build not just housing, but a strong, caring community. Today, we proudly house over 330 people in 109 townhouse units. These include a mix of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom homes designed for families of all sizes.

You’ll find Cornerstone homes in three key locations. One unit sits on Crestwood Drive, six are on Ayer Avenue, and the rest are spread throughout Preston Crescent. Each location fosters a peaceful environment where families grow and friendships thrive.

We encourage active participation from members to keep the community strong and welcoming. When you join Cornerstone, you become part of something bigger than just a housing arrangement—you become part of a supportive network built on shared values.
