Revive Your Corporation

A corporation dissolved due to missed annual returns filings can be revived. However, if your corporation has been dissolved for longer than the allowed revival period, it cannot be revived. For federal corporations, this period is 2 years, and for provincial corporations, it is typically 10 years. Upon successful revival, a certificate of revival will be issued, and all related documents will be delivered by email.
