Emotional Fitness Academy

Emotional Fitness Academy

The Emotional Fitness Approach offers a fully client-led, centered, and personalized method for personal development and emotional well-being. Clients identify the type of coaching support they need. From there, we create customized sessions and programs that align with those specific goals. This flexible, empowering model puts individuals in control of their emotional journey.

The origin of the Emotional Fitness Approach traces back to a powerful moment of connection. Founder Warren Redman was deeply impacted by his experience of being listened to by Eugene Heimler, a survivor of Auschwitz. That experience led Warren to develop a framework rooted in deep listening, authentic communication, and emotional empowerment.

Over the past 35 years, the tools and techniques of the Emotional Fitness Approach have reached thousands of individuals in both the United Kingdom and Canada. These tools help people develop emotional strength, improve relationships, and handle life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

In 2007, the Centre for Inner Balancing rebranded as the Emotional Fitness Institute, further solidifying its mission. By the summer of 2016, the full transition to Emotional Fitness took place, bringing a unified vision and voice to the work.

Today, the Emotional Fitness Approach continues to evolve. It supports people of all backgrounds in finding their voice, developing awareness, and building lasting inner balance. Whether through one-on-one coaching or structured programs, the process remains fully guided by the client’s needs.
