The cost for a New Brunswick NUANS® report is $50. You will receive a NUANS® Report and a cover letter.
NUANS® is a computerized system that reserves your business name for 90 days.
PEI has a new system everything is done via email. ocbr.princeedwardisland.ca is the website for PEI you would go to and you would have to create an account to then login and go under the reserve a name option.
If the French and English is translated word for word then only one search.
If you have Ltd on the end then you will need to incorporate the business.
The name must have a descriptive element. If you are a shipping company then shipping would be a descriptive element.
